$59 on Amazon for most sizes? good price but don't compare to full retail/MSRP claims.

Are you also a vegan and do crossfits? I don't understand your statement. What does this have anything to do with US AF? These are for work or memes. Maybe you were giving heads up to service member not to buy this due to regulation? Servicemen/women can walk to and from PX so you don't mess up buying random gear during inspection. You comment is fishing for "Thanks for your service" My respect for 99% of Airman are same as DMV workers no different. Sit in chair and work as force with good benifits = not better than everyday American. Semper Fi. -By Pog Marine.
Chimpster does make a good point. In a year from now, these boots won't be allowed in uniform for those in the service.

No personal experience with these boots, but Merrell makes excellent footwear.

Incidentally, USAF is going to coyote boots, not tan. Tan boots are currently authorized with OCPs, but that permission is going away in June 2020. These sage green boots can be worn with ABUs until April 2021, when OCPs will be mandatory. Why anyone would wear ABUs when they can have OCPs is beyond me, though.

Doesn't look like it based on specs provided on Merrell website.

They are not waterproof in that they don't have a waterproof lining; but water won't damage them.

How much protection do these boots offer? Would they be good for motorcycling?
