I really like this dishwasher looking at it online, but when I looked at it in person, I didn't really care for it in comparison to what else is available. The bottom rack doesn't have tines that adjust like some of the lower end kitchen aid dishwashers, and the adjustment for the tines on the upper rack are at the back of the rack instead of the front, which will be blocked once you load it. The racks also seemed flimsy for a more expensive high end dishwasher.

I'm sure it works great, it has great reviews, I just wasn't impressed with the quality.

Here's a much better one for cheaper: the Kitchenaid KDTM354DSS - rated very highly (higher than the one in the OP) by CR, $662.45 delivered (tax in MO).

https://www.goedekers.com/Kitchen...54DSS.html

Lots of features including fan pro dry, self-cleaning filter, adjustable tines, and improved drawer-style slides for the upper basket. It does not have a third rack though.

Regular price is over $1000; it's been on sale at Home Depot/Lowes/Best Buy for around $750 recently. This, obviously, beats even that.

Dont forget value5 coupon code for an extra $5 off or value10 ($10 off) if you can add something else to get the price to $750

Bought a whirlpool dishwasher from goedeckers last year. First time doing business with them and imo they were awesome. Great website, communication, and first rate shipping. I didnt pay for anything beyond doorway dropoff but since it was barely any farther, delivery guy even brought it into the kitchen and unboxed it for me to make sure everything was undamaged and included.

That's pricey. Just have Bestbuy price match it. That's what we did when we bought our lg washer and they took the old one out and installed for free when we showed them the price from an appliance store in the area. Also believe that Bestbuy recycles the old machines so it's better than going into a landfill I guess

I placed an order from Home Depot for this exact model 2 days ago (delivery and install $1084.56 in IL) and is scheduled for delivery 4 days from today. Then I saw this. I ordered ASAP... my total at Goedeker's (delivery and install $925.57). This post by RSVPD just saved me $158.99. Cancelled HD order, of course, since they wouldn't price match because Goedekar's requires online login before price is displayed.

Thank you RSVPD and GOD BLESS YOU!

I bought from them last year and they were back ordered for 2+ months. I had to call weekly to check status. If you are looking to replace immediately, not sure this is the route to go. If you are not in a hurry, then it might be okay. Having said that, the CSR that helped me the third time I called was great. She knew I waited a long time for my delivery and found a canceled order. She went to the warehouse to make sure I would receive get my order.

4 years ago I bought one for $500 when the list was $1000. Thought I had a great deal but found out it very poor at cleaning. I called Kitchen Aid several times but they said if it runs there was nothing wrong with it. At the National Builders show I talked to the COO of the company and told him my issues. He responded by saying he had one in his house and it worked perfectly so if I was having issues that was my fault and not theirs. A few weeks later the motor started on fire. Kitchen Aid told me to hire someone to look at it at my cost and send in a report. The repairman wanted $400 non refundable. So I found a floor model Bosch 900 series for $250 and threw away the Kitchen Aid. If you look at reviews of their customer service you will find several of them with people who have had issues with their customer service. So I tell everyone to avoid them, it is not worth it.

I would avoid Goedekers like the plague. I actually own an appliance store, and have been in the business for a decade plus. Do yourself a favor, lookup goedekers on Yelp. Also, my anecdotal evidence is that they are awful. I have personally helped people place orders through them (in many cases prices were BELOW what I pay to get the appliances), and in every single case it wound up being a complete hassle for my customers. Why would I do this? Well, when a person is buying a whole package, sometimes I'll allow an appliance or 2 to go to a competitor, but we will still install the entire set. Bad news every time. Once it was a dented and scratched (and slightly used) model they were selling as brand new.
