Sony a6400 with 18-135 OSS Kit Lens ($1150 + FS via Name Your Price Offer, YMMV)

First deal I'm submitting so feedback is appreciated!

Record 4K Ultra HD video and professional-quality stills with this Sony Alpha a6400 mirrorless camera. The high-performance AF tracking system and BIONZ X image processing engine allow for crisp, precise focus, and the 24.2MP APS-C image sensor ensures enhanced image and color quality. This Sony Alpha a6400 mirrorless camera comes with an E 18-135mm lens, which works as both a wide-angle and medium telephoto lens for added versatility.

Deal works if you offer $1150, may or may not be important to provide CC details in advance. I tried offering $900 through $1125 and did not get a bite until $1150 for the body plus lens. Solid deal considering most places are looking for $1300+tax near me.

24.2MP APS-C CMOS SensorReal-Time Eye AF & Real-Time Tracking, XGA Tru-Finder 2.36m-Dot OLED EVF 3.0" 921.6k-Dot 180° Tilting Touchscreen, Internal UHD 4K Video, S-Log3, and HLGS&Q Motion in Full HD from 1-120 fps, Built-In Wi-Fi with NFC425 Phase- & Contrast-Detect AF PointsUp to 11 fps Shooting and ISO 102,400, Includes E mount 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Zoom Lens

Free shipping and all taxes were included for me, so this is the out the door cost.

I've had a Sony NEX5N for years so this is my upgrade path to get back into taking photos, any recommendations on lenses with OSS (and without)?

For a cost effective route any of the Sigma DC DN line. They are really sharp lenses and very affordable. They do not have OSS but they are a great place to start. The DC DN 30mm F1.4 is very sharp and it is cheapest of the three. This lens was my first of my lenses that I purchased and it is still the one that stays on my camera body. The 16mm F1.4 and the 56mm F1.4 are also great choices (the 56mm may even be sharper than the 30mm). They are all designed for APS-C. The only Sony lens I use is the SEL85f18. This is a full frame lens and I use it almost exclusively for portraits. It is the best glass I own. Coming in at under $600 it is a steal for this full frame piece of Sony glass. I don't have a need for OSS or zooms so all I can offer is a few good prime lens choices. Hope this information helps.

Good price but do be aware that Greentoe isn't on the "approved list" of Sony camera dealers, so you won't get a warranty. But as long as you are comfortable with that, it's a good price -- authorized dealers are charging $1298, so it works out to about an 11.5% savings.

I've never bought from Greentoe before, but the page says "All Products are New and from Manufacturer Authorized Retailers"

Orders made through Greentoe's name-your-price service are fulfilled by authorized Sony USA dealers that participate in Greentoe's service.

Thanks! I'll look into those. Any reason to look at FE lenses for an APSC body?

How about the APSC Sony 35mm? I heard it's effectively a ~55mm lens fixed/prime lens

It took me about 2 days between my original offer of $999 and for my counter offer of $1150 to be accepted. The lens itself goes for $400+ so I thought in the end it was a good deal for lens and body.

I realized my camera is a NEX3N so it was even more overdue for an upgrade! My a6400 arrives by early next week

Right, my order is being fulfilled by a camera shop. Greentoe is the middle man so to speak

Thank you! Mine was shipped today as well. And I agree, with the 18-135 lens, it's a nice deal

If you can ride out the bidding process, another retailer could accept in a day or so. $1175 isn't bad by any means either if you consider free shipping and no tax
