Really depends on how easily the head comes off.
I bought a set a while back and you could barely scoop/pull because the handle would pop right off.

I think it is hilarious that so many low star reviews complain about the head coming off the handle, when the description clearly states "head detaches for easy cleaning". Reading comprehension is hard work, I guess?! Lol.
Anyways, good find!!!

Got those at full price a while back. They do come off the head, but that's not the problem. A year later, all the heads had broken, and I threw them all away. Not a bad price if you don't mind throwing them away in 6-12 months.

This was selling for $14.99 before the price started to drop and is now the lowest price ever from Amazon.
If you have Amazon Prime you'll get free shipping and at checkout you can select "FREE No-Rush Shipping" and you'll get a no rush credit. The credit posts after your item ships.
Even though it says temporarily out of stock you can still order it now to lock in this price.

I'm not going to pretend to be an expert, but "easy flex" and "cake spatula" make me think these are not meant to be as heavy as the spatulas I grew up with, where you could basically stir your own cookie dough if you wanted without the head popping off.

So the complaints may have a bit of validity, if people were expecting something else. But that's more a case of unrealistic expectations than an inferior product.

yes, these are LIGHT duty spatulas for moving batters around, or spreading things. These are not heavy duty spatulas.
You should have BOTH types. not just one of the other, and this is a GREAT deal

And now that summer is here, those "half spatulas alone are gonna be worth it for all the smoothies I'm gonna make! Those half spatulas get into tight places easily

I agree..i have never tried heavy duty ones but the biggest one of them works with thick batter really well but I was afraid the handle going to break.

Have similar from BBB. Have returned at least 4 times for heads snapping off from regular use. YMMV.
