Ouch these things really never go on sale, have a cracked screen on my x360 and bought it for 780$, but really want a surface pro for a decent price (obv with a keyboard and pen)

It's showing estimated tax as $0 for shipping to AZ. Anyone know if tax will be charged, or does buydig consider AZ a use tax state? I purchased this at Best Buy for $699+tax. Haven't opened it hoping for a better deal. Got 2 days to return it.
