I was looking for a 9750H+RTX 2060 laptop and bought Cyberpowerpc tracer III 17 inch early May for 1400 plus 50 Amex gift card. Judging from the specs this one is about the same good ! Dell is a better name brand than cyberpowerpc though.

It has every nitpicking SDer would ask - IPS 144Hz, 16gb (2sticks, no space left), NVME, TB3, USB3, etc. No Mec keyboard , lol. Whatever.. Not sure about the thermal performance and comparison with Legion 740... Anyways at this price point 1299+ tax you are looking at $1400, a name brand with RTX 2060 instead of 1660ti . Though lots of you may think ray tracing is gimmick, I personally think it is worth to have at this price point. Two years from now you may be looking at 1060 vs 1050ti comparisons. Pretty aggressive pricing by MC.

for price comparisons, Newegg shows 9750+rtx2060+144hz or 120Hz starting above $1549; BH photo video has lenovo 9750+rtx2060+144hz not in stock, coming soon. Cheapest version is 1399. No tax except NY NJ ??

Two things you nitpicking SDer may not like - 6.2lb (why for 15'6 inch?) and 15.6 inch (why not 17). Yeah I got it. For me I don't want to be $sshole to return my cyberpowerpc.
Good deal?

Why not 17.3"? Smilie

Kidding. Why don't you want to return your CyberPowerPC?

I really liked 17 inch. First time using 17 inch thin bezel with 144Hz combined. It fits into my 15.6 laptop nicely too. Two complains for cyberpower/overpower/cuk/eluctronics is that this tongfang base comes with usb 2.0 and no tb3. Plus the power brick is a little bit heavier than other name brands... I previously owned MSI GS60 , HP omen 2016 and 2018 models , with 4710Hz+gtx 860, then 7700hq+1050ti and 8750h+1060. Each for 2 years and sold them when I upgrade. Pretty satisfied with 9750H+2060 combinations.. Don't want to make this california cyberpower factory unhappy about rma

I actually just bought one of these last week from Microcenter. The guys in the store didn't even know they had it; it was in the back and not on display. It was one of only 3 Core i7-9750s they were selling at the time I went in (though the guy said more stuff coming in soon). I've been watching laptop deals for a few weeks now but nothing beats this one at current prices.

Get a lenono y740 instead. It's often on sale. Dell's G series has awful thermal. CPU stays at 100C while gaming.

Yes. Watch some reviews. They are calling it the best.

Thanks, bummer though. I think the 3-4 week ship time kills it for my purposes.

I also don't see an option for a larger HD. Chat says it isn't an option which seems crazy?
