FYI, if you only need a little usage: Windscribe offers 10GB per month free and allows torrenting on some non-US servers. Plus, they have a "stealth" mode in their desktop and android apps for China.

It seems stacksocial has a problem now. Items cannot be added to cart.

So I pulled the trigger for it but already encountered a few problems.

1. iOS app didn't work for me as I use an older iOS that the App Store says I meet the requirement but I still cannot launch. Fastestvpn Support says that their newest update is not compatible now.

2. I had some trouble manually connecting to some servers even though I copy and pasted the addresses in from their list. Turns out some are just down like NY which is a bit unsettling.

Pros:
The support staff have been very fast at answering emails.

Speeds are decent, I tried ookla from NJ and got 38up and 34down mbps from mobile. Have not tried streaming or large downloads yet.

Read right below where they mention leaks. They retested in March of this year and there are no longer leaks.

No log policy, Cayman Islands company (based there)? Might be good for a backup as I might bite on the $10/2 connections just to have in case prices ever go up on my regular VPN. Only around 200 servers but the price is right, but I can't imagine the speed is all that great.

I agree. With 200 servers I can tell you it's not going to be the fastest by a long shot. They've got to be hammered at times if many use their service.

IP Vanish. $13.50 every 3 months for 10 connections. Might still be that price as there was a Memorial Day sale for that same price but I'm not sure if it's still going on.

I just tried today and the speed is pretty good. I get full speed of my internet service 100/100.

I needed a VPN to stream DirecTV Now and a few other apps on my firestick while vacationing in Europe. For $10 I don't have much to lose and looks like they have apps for almost any platform.

Apparently the speeds are better in Europe than they are in the USA with this VPN
