Nicer looking shoe for a young person going to an interview, but do yourself a favor and don't wear leatherette shoes on a daily basis. A decent set of Clark's aren't much more ($40-60ish) and you're getting a more comfortable leather shoe. Again not the best shoe, but much better than this... Thanks for the post OP.

I have a job where I may end up in fairly important meetings and inside of abandoned buildings in the same day. So for days like that, it's nice to have a cheap pair of dress shoes where you won't care if anything happens to them while out and about. These are perfect for that, so I'm in for a pair.

That said, I would never wear them regularly, let alone daily. Occasionally at most.
