Microcenter is selling their store-brand Inland Premium 1TB NVMe SSD for $99. Best of all, you can actually get it shipped, unlike many MicroCenter deals. To my knowledge, this is the first time a 1TB TLC NVMe drive has gone under $100.

The drive uses a Phison E12 controller and should be similar, if not identical, to other E12 drives such as the Sabrent Rocket (which was recently a FP deal at $115) and the Corsair (which was FP deal at $120).

The drive is rated for 1600 TB written.

EDIT: Looks like this isn't the first TLC NVMe 1TB drive to hit $100. MicroCenter's other 1TB NVMe drive, the Inland Professional dropped under $100 recently and is currently $95. [microcenter.com] The Premium has much better spec's though so spend the extra $5 on it.

EDIT 2.0:
512GB version for $59.99 + Shipping. [microcenter.com]
256GB version for $34.99 + Shipping. [microcenter.com]

no real life difference between this and evo plus.

In fact, the 970 evo plus 1tb is rated 600 TBW or 5-Year warranty vs 1600 tbw or 3-year warranty. Therefore, i dont think the $87 extra justify the better sequential read and write when compare to this one.

I wonder if that Samsung Evo Plus deal from Fry's was worth the extra $87 over this.

Hmm, I bought but now having second thoughts. Sabrent on Amazon is one day shipping, no tax, and may be cheaper if you have amazon credit card (5% rewards)

Premium is 3 x 4.

Professional is only 3 x 2.

And a repost:

And I'm VERY jealous of any SDers who can still buy from Amazon tax free.......

Kind of a repost, but it's dropped another $5 since that post. I saw that, but figured it was worth posting again for this price.

I didn't go through checkout, but I was shocked to see that Microcenter didn't appear to charge me tax for shipping to WA. That's the first time I've seen no tax on an online order since before Christmas.

I don't think it emulates 512 either. You should do a fresh install and migrate the data over.

No, you can't for these deals. These are web only or ship to store. Other items are normal.
