I personally wouldn't. It's not HFCS and people fearmonger too much with corn.

I'd more not want to spend money on a bar with 40g of carbs in it unless thats what you are looking for.

I would be more concerned when I bite into them, they feel like eating bricks. Tried multiple flavors they were all hard to eat and dry. They are a major pass.

I don't mean to TC, but I've had these before. They taste good and do have a fair amount of protein, but they are about as unhealthy as a candy bar. Because of the calories and sugar, I told myself not to get them again!

Ive always wondered if all these guys that spout their opinions on protein related products even lift. I wouldn't take anyone's opinion seriously who walks around with +10% body fat and can't bench ~1.5x and squat ~2x their body weight. It's similar to hiring a fat personal trainer lol

Yeah, you really need to be fit and strong in order to have a sound opinion of nutrition. Of course, under 10% BF eliminates women, but women shouldn't have any opinions, right?

Hiring a fit personal trainer doesn't mean they know what they are doing. The best ones hold you accountable and inspire you, while getting results over and over again and they have a history to show you the clients they have trained and the results they got.

Genetics? How many of those 10% body fat trainers had that look their entire life even before they worked out?

Let's be real. The know-it-alls on here are typically men...... who probably don't work out at all

You're right, a fit personal trainer doesn't necessarily mean they know what they're doing but a fat personal trainer CERTAINLY doesn't know what they're doing.... Most genetic deficiencies can be overcome. Blaming genetics for not being fit is an all too easy excuse nowadays. I'm just saying if you don't look the part you lack credibility in the health and fitness department
