Question. Which one of these choices allows you to watch offline and essentially download the shows?

MS does it for sure even on my PC. Amazon I think just on tablets, and Itunes should also do it on both.

Can someone please tell me if this show is really worth the watch. I started watching the first episode and turned it off within 18 mins. I love getting into a new binge but like I said it didn't grab me as entertaining. Thanks.

It's a good story, but basic dystopian, i didn't get into it, but the wife liked it, got solid reviews. Man in the high castle is a similar (better imho) show for alternative future.

But regarding the deal, I'd just get Hulu if you're gonna watch the show. $12 a month ($6 if you can stand the ads) and this really isn't a show you need to own, I don't see much rewatchability value with it.

What fearandloathing said. My wife loves it, I have not seen any of it. But it is on Hulu!

It's a good show. My wife and I both watch it. Based on the trailer it might look like it is set in the past based on the clothing, but it is actually set in the near future (alternate US). Like a what if scenario. Pretty interesting show. Great cinematography and acting. They did a good job with this show. As mentioned Man in the High Castle is another good "what if /alternate reality" show. Although that one is set in the 50s or 60s I believe. Basically that one is an alternate US if we lost WWII. Japan and Nazi Germany took over the US. Japan is in the west of the US, Nazi Germany controls the east. Man in the High Castle is free for Prime members. It's in 4K HDR too.

My wife and I like the show. After the GoT ending I'm hesitant to ever give a recommendation again.

Hulu is $6 a month... you can watch seasons 1,2, and part of 3 for about the same price.
plus they offer a 30 day free trial.

The book is far, far better in my opinion. There are shows / movies I've enjoyed more than their source material, but this definitely wasn't one of them. Mostly just because it feels too real and too plausible. The book at least let me imagine a completely fictitious world.

For only $10 you can watch the show that everyone falsely and bizarrely compares to America currently
