Please note that SM-G975F/DS is the international model and therefore does not have a US warranty.

Outside of the warranty, are there any limitations with an international version over a domestic one?

Can't you flash it to a US ROM and get that? For example flash to tmobile.

These look to be brand new on ebay for 680. Apart from samsung pay not working, this should work well for using in India. Any more comments?

The availablity of Samsung Pay may depend on the phone's intended audience. The first link provides info on where Samsung Pay is available. The second link contains posts from a user descibing two S9 phones: one with Samsung Pay and one without. (Yes, the Slickdeals post is for an S10 offer; but I am discussing the related-topic of Samsung Pay.) Samsung Pay works on the phone with firmware from Singapore, but it does not work on the phone with firmware from Pakistan. This is consistent with the availability info from the first link. Although the phones have different firmware, I do not know if their physical hardware is 100% identical. (i.e. Would flashing the "Pakistan" phone with Singapore firmware result in 2 phones with the ablity to use Samsung Pay?)
