Costco has the Firman 7500 dual fuel generator with electric start for $200 off the list price of $699 through 6/16/2019. Shipping is $99 which kills the deal. However, purchasing in store gets you out the door at $499.

It runs my whole house (minus the A/C) including both the refrigerator and upright freezer.

Is anyone familiar with this specific model. How does this compare to the similar Champion model that is also dual fuel? Specifically for the noise

I bought it at $549 last week. I tried to get the price adjustment in store but it wouldn't work. Costco is going to send me a cash card for the $50 difference.

An overall rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars from 120 reviews is far more positive than negative.

I have UPS's in front of the sensitive equipment that will hopefully 'clean' the electricity.

It will be mostly for fans and phone chargers here in Florida
