Cheapest price seen, and shipped from United States. Most of the sellers do not have sales tax in all states. With the Amazon card 5% off, I was able to get it for around $270 with fast shipping.

Amazing phone for the price.

Specs

5.97" Samsung AMOLED Dot Drop Full Screen Display.
5.97" Samsung AMOLED screen with a 90.47% screen-to-body ratio and flagship level display. The NTSC 103.8% (typ) wide color gamut makes videos and photos more vibrant. The screen keeps its clarity in bright light with Sunlight mode 2.0,which intelligently adjusts brightness according to the sun's rays, giving you a rich and colorful experience indoors and out.

Sony 48MP primary camera.
What does it mean to have a camera with 4 times as many pixels as the typical 12MP smartphone?

It means that when you crop a small section of a photo, the crop maintains detailed quality. With the 1/2" image sensor and 4-in-1 1.6μm large pixels, photos are lively and vivid with color.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 10% improved performance.
4 times the resolution.Crop for a whole new picture.

Faster RAM and flash memory.
Equipped with faster access UFS 2.1 flash memory and LPDDR4x RAM. Load games faster, preview images and accelerate file processing.

NOTE: This is the global/international version so it has more bands than the Chinese version.

Important to note that just because it might not support your particular bands for your area for your network does not mean it's a bad deal for other people.
It's like downvoting those posts with a coupon for Veterans because you're not one.

Terrible choice for US T-Mobile users. It looks like the only compatible LTE band is 2. Missing 4, 66, 5, 12, 71.

You and the other dude are looking at the Chinese version, not the global one.

https://www.kimovil.com/en/freque...mi-mi-9-se

It also has 4 and 5, which covers most of the common ones https://www.kimovil.com/en/freque...mi-mi-9-se. Remember to look at the global one. I'll update the title.

The bands were pulled from the original post, which apparently has been changed. The provided Amazon link goes to the buying choices for "Xiaomi Mi 9 SE Unlocked 6GB/64GB Dual Sim 4G LTE Phone (International Global Version, No Warranty) (Piano Black)" which appears to be this: https://www.amazon.com/Xiaomi-Unl...07QH823FV/ . That link also claims the bands are "LTE Band 1/2/7/8/20/28/38/40."

Global one still lacks bands 12/17 which are very important for both T-Mobile and AT&T.

Would stay away from this

Look at the mi mix 2/2S if you want a midrange price xiaomi phone.

I wouldn't touch any phone missing B12+71. These are vital for indoor and underground use. B71 is a low freq band, therefore it benefits people in rural markets.

Band 2, 4, and 66 struggle to reach the places I mentioned.

I'm very tempted to buying a xiaomi phone however the only place that I would buy it from would be b&h photo video since they're the only ones in the states that give you a warranty
