AmazonBasics getting less traction than the no-name suspect quality shill-y ones frequently posted. Shill army is a powerful force.

Thanks for sharing OP, didn't know Amazon has started doing this.

Fyi Aquacrest and Amazon filters are the same. Both made by HongKong EcoAqua and Qingdao Ecopure as verified NSF registration.

Not my experience. My towns water came back positive for traces of led. I did a before and after test with lt700p, and came back negative after filter. It has the certifications..

LT700P-A 3-pk [amazon.com] $21.99

Advanced = NSF 42 & 53 certification

I've been using these equivalent filters from AQUACREST [amazon.com]. The 3-pk regularly sells for $22.99 or less. They have since added NSF 401 certification with their deluxe filters [amazon.com], a 3-pk on sale now for $32.99, plus available with 5%/10% S&S discount.

Thanks. Didn't know they had these. Beats buying them at Lowes with a coupon by a lot.

Awesome thank you! Never knew this existed... also if I search for my filter this doesn't even come up in Amazon's own search results - only way to find it was with your direct link!

From what I gathered, these filters are more to filter smell and chlorine. They're not going to give you nice clean filtered water. If you're looking for that. Your better off with an in-line water filter. I tested my tap water with several brands of these fridge filters, and the tests weren't impressive. But to each his own, some wont mind and many are fine even drinking unfiltered tap water.
