Theyy can be put into an oven up to 450 degrees. so I would assume so.

Nonstick is throwaway garbage. Get stainless, cast iron, or carbon steel instead.

Induction has nothing to do with temperature. It requires certain level of iron content for Induction. This is hard anodized aluminum. If it does not specify induction compatible, it is not likely compatible.

So I have the signature from Williams Sonoma (which is the same as the premiere) two years ago. The pans are still going strong even with my mother in law cutting her chicken on the pan a number if times...with a knife...and gouging the non stick.

The non stick is quality stuff. I generally don't use metal utensils, but my wife has at time to time. The Teflon doesn't flake when it's scratched (I tried peeling it off to see if it would flake). Even with a deep gouge, only the scratch has material come up.

Don't use cooking spray with these pans. The non stick is coarse meaning that you need to use actual oil or the non stick gunk's up and turns yellowish.

According to Calphalon.com their "Premier Hard Anodized Nonstick" line is "Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and glass top stovetops"

I was going to pick up a 1.5qt saucepan to go with this set since I need something a little smaller. It looks like maybe it won't stack with the 8inch set? Does anyone have this?

No kidding. Good quality nonstick is a real thing. I've had some Calphalon nonstick pans for about 15 years now. Not throwaway garbage.
