if you are playing FF7 for the first time then to complete it will take 40-50 hours. However, for completionist it will take a long, long time. In case you are wondering a completionist is some one who will have completed the game 100%. It clocks around 90 hours.

FYI, this mobile version is one of the worst versions with the most bugs. I believe the Switch and Xbx one versions have the latest music theme patches while the PC and PS4 versions still have audio bugs.

Oh my god I remember playing this in college, skipping so many classes because I couldn't stop with the twist and turns of the story. SO MUCH TIME WITH CHOCOBOS

Just wait for remastered on console for the full nostalgia effect you're looking for. Don't spoil your appetite.

It just seems like it'd be difficult to play ff7 on a phone. The only thing I can see a mobile version improving upon is managing your materia, if square even managed to get that right.

As excited as I am for the Remake, I just don't think it'll be the same game- it'll have the same characters and story and with updated graphics, yes, but the gameplay looks completely differently. Doesn't really look like a JRPG anymore, more like an action game. Plus it's episodic so who knows how many episodes there'll be...
