I'm at the age where I need something like this to work on my Arduino projects. Got my order in before you all drive up the price. CCC says this is lowest.

The amount of additional unnecessary things I buy on slick deals is phenomenal.
Cant wait to have this sit in a drawer. Thanks OP!

As a middle aged guy, I really hate that I need these.

My eyes are starting to strain to do close up work. I have a pair and they are great for a bunch of little things. Plus it has a light built in. Trying to get the serial off of a SIM card. Threading a needle. Even finding and pulling a splinter while leaving both hands free to dig out the splinter.

I'm getting a second pair for in the garage.

I really want to buy this for some inexplicable reason, but I can think of absolutely no activity that I engage in where I would need the convenience of continuous hands-free illuminated magnification. Maybe if I pickup miniature soldier painting, or soldering as hobbies I'd get one.

For those who are against this specific deal, can you recommend another brand/link?

Are there any deals on therapy support groups - for people like me that keep buying stuff like this? Kidding, but for real I just bought this (thanks OP) and then stumbled upon a "helping hands magnifier" thingy that looked too cool to not buy, so I bought that too for $5. The description for the other thing has "12 diopter". I don't know what a diopter is, but I'll have it/them soon, lol.

Same. I actually brainstormed for a solid 3-4 minutes trying to think of an activity that I can incorporate these glasses into. Nada
