Anyone have any experience with this one? I've been looking for a cheap one for a while.

Definitely reproducible at 70815. Even better deal with a fleebay Lowes coupon. Too bad I already bought a Dewalt and fell in love with the rack-n-pinion fence adjustment.

I've been using this for a little over a year on normal household projects, ( shed, coffee table, cabinet, outdoor couch) I've had no problems . The miter sled is garbage but I haven't needed that as of yet. I'm guessing if you are needing precision you'd be looking for something else. If looking for basic rip cuts it will do. I picked this up at 179 minus 20$ coupon and just got extended warranty just because it was cheap

I've had mine for close to two years now. Never had any problems. Ripped 3/4in plywood, 2x6s.... Used a dado blade in there a few times and didn't have any problem either. I think it's the best bang for the buck saw out there.

Purchased the rigid table saw a week ago for the same price. This kobalt has a built in stand which is a huge plus. I'm guessing the build quality is probably equally the same on these. The rigid has lifetime warranty with registration so that is a plus.

This is in Lowe's father's day sale ad. I've used this for a small project and it's fine for the price. It has one of the largest rip capacities for the price range and includes a gravity style stand that is quick and efficient. I didn't rip anything more than sheet material so can't speak to power. However, the fence is not very good and about as expected for the price. You have to check for square before each cut if you want precision. It seems if you want a decent fence you'll be paying 300 minimum on a slickdeal price. Go to your local store and mess with the fences between the $300 models compared to the 450+ models and see what I mean.

Bought it for $147 after tax and coupon when it was on sale last year. It is pretty good to have one.

$199 is to high for this. It's on sale for $150 a couple of times a year. The nice Rigid jobsite saw with way nicer stand goes on sale for $199 at Black Friday. If you can wait that's a way better saw.

I have to agree with this. The rack and pinion fence is a huge upgrade. I got the big DeWalt and love it. But I'm not doing typical things so my opinion may be irrelevant for the average person. I build reclaimed things and rip through 8/4 oak and 5/4 blood wood so I needed lots of power...

I have it and used it quite a lot. It is ok with one major flow - it is just impossible to get rip fence square to the blade! Front and end of the bar are moving independently and they could be easily off by half an inch! So every cut requires some dancing around the saw with a ruler.
The saw I've got initially was non-square with miter slots and required adjustments which is rather untrivial.
I'm going to replace it whenever I will have a chance.

Thanks for your and other's input. I was thinking about selling my DeWalt DWE7491rs and getting something cheaper/smaller, but realized I'll probably just be frustrated.

I could not agree more I bought a Dewalt during a holiday deal for around 200 and it's the slickest smoothest operation you can imagine.
