How do they send out the additional 20% code?
Initially it used to be in their email but I haven't seen it in a while and was wondering if there is another way to get it?

Bought the RX-A1080 and had a heck of an experience picking it up.

When I got to the store, the "greeter" said they stopped accepting the walk-in coupons about a week ago. I explained that I received it via e-mail that morning, but she didn't seem to care and said "maybe some other Frys will take it". Now since I've had a 4K TV for over a year and have been routing everything through a 10 year old 1080P Denon receiver, I decided to just pick it up for the $750 price after tax. Unfortunately, when I got to the pickup counter, the gal showed me the receipt with the receiver at full price. I had to show her the e-mailed receipt before she went to talk to a manager, who went to customer service to give me a partial refund. My one other pickup experience at Frys wasn't so bad, but this one had me wondering…

Regarding the receiver: initial (few hours) impressions are great. I've been pleasantly surprised by the AI feature during a movie test run. Without a direct A/B, I think the Yamaha is noticeably better sounding to me than the old Denon was. Setup was slightly confusing at times (mostly using Alexa with MusicCast is a pain, and I think it's still not what it can / should be), but still much easier setup than my last receiver. So far, it's definitely a keeper in my book!

Was debating between this and the RX-A3080 at Adorama for $1250, but I think this works great for my needs.

I got klipsch r-12swi sub for $214+tax from them today. They took 10mins to find someone to apply the 20% promo, and another 30mins to find the item I bought. So unpleasant buying experience.
