Their warehouse is in Texas. Watch for taxes too. Not sure about direct buys but over a Christmas I bought something from Frys through google express and the item was shipped out of Houston TX. I got charged sales tax at Texas rates (higher than the rates in VA where I'm at) and we don't have a Frys in VA.

Well Fry's customer service is a complete joke.

I never received my subwoofer from Fry's. Their website still says "In Process" even though I ordered it June 14th. I've called customer service... I've emailed customer service... I even called their distribution center to get an update and nothing. It won't let me cancel my order on the Fry's website. It says to contact customer service, which I did. They said I had to call their distribution center, which I did, and they said I had to cancel the order where I placed the order, which was Frys.com.

Freaking joke. I ended up disputing the charge with Citi cards. Hopefully that works at least to get my money back.

I just wanted to chime in and say I've had this for a little while now and so very happy with it. I have it in my basement to match up with some in ceiling Klipsch speakers and it goes great. Sorry if other people had issues ordering this but it's a great little sub.
