Seems like a good deal, I have been looking for a while and missed a couple of other good deals because I was waiting for something slightly better. I don't know that this is slightly better then some of the deals I missed but I am tired of looking and this is at least a fair deal, if not slick.Best of all no rebate!

The 750 Watt is also on sale for $10 more, you can switch between them from the linked page.

Thanks for the update.

44.98 AR for the 650
54.98 AR for the 750

Agreed, The 750 has a couple more outputs but for most typical modern builds I doubt you would ever need more than what is on the 650. Most people are not lot loading up their PC's with drives with the popularity of cloud or network storage options.

Tempting - PSU deals seem to have all but dried up with the drop in RAM and SSD prices.

Free shipping with Shoprunner.

You must be new. Been trying to grab a slickdeal on an external hard drive and all the good deals get sold out quick.

Externals don't need a direct connection the power supply. He's talking about multiple internal hard drives and/or the near-extinct optical drives.

Bought the 750 off Amazon a few days ago for a new Zen build.

For those curious these seem to be developed for the German market(was mentioned by a fellow sick dealer in another deal), then sold in the EU market, and recently brought to the North American market. From my research these get great reviews and are priced really good right now.

Pulled the trigger too soon Frown

My receipt is dated one day too soon for the rebate, do I have any options outside of purchasing again and returning the one I bought? This seems like more trouble than it would be worth.

Here is what I am doing. I am going to order a new one but choose the pick up at new egg option, to avoid shipping cost, then I will use this receipt for will call one but use the UPC from the one being shipped to me. Then I will cancel the will call one or just let it sit there and they will automatically refund me. It might just work.

New egg is not the best at returning stuff so in my experience it's prob not worth it but also 15 is not like a lot it depends if your time is worth those 15 or not
