Likely someone who hates Dell or hates the Inspiron line because it's not a system that can be easily upgraded into a gaming rig.

I love these PCs for businesses & happy to see deals posted on them here.

IMO it's an "OK" deal, not a great deal. Unfortunately, it seems chip shortages have caused prices to rise again. Similar systems were on sale a few months ago for a better price, but it seems like the 8th gen i5's (an other chips) have risen in price.
