My SO got a pair of rx sunglasses from them and she's happy with it. One thing to note is their polarized lenses have a 60% tint vs their normal sunglass lenses have a 80% tint. This translates to me being slightly able to see her eyes through her lenses

I've bought about 12 pairs total for myself and in laws. No issues really so far, all but 2 pairs fit well and those 2 were my own fault for not looking at dimensions correctly. Considering all 12 pairs probably cost the same as 2 I got from lenscrafters years ago I'm very happy.

How do they get around measuring the eyes like they do when you buy new glasses at B&M??

Huh?

You get your eyes measured when you get your prescription

Any good optometrist should include these on your prescription

Ikr. My optometrist didn't do it so I went to a different one and just asked if they could do it. They did it without any hesitation.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the invoice looks like when you do the bogo? I can get reimbursement for a pair of glasses through vsp, and would love to get an extra pair for free. Do they list one pair as full price? Or does anyone have experience using one of these deals and then submitting to insurance?

I just placed an order with the bogo deal. The invoice shows the full price for each pair, then at the bottom below the subtotal, the discount is taken there. Hope this helps

So the bogo is only for the frame. The expensive part for me is the lenses. Im blind as a bat so I have to get the upgraded lenses.

Was talking about the PD measurement.

Looked it up on their site...

How can I measure my PD?

You can do it yourself or have someone else measure it using a mirror and a ruler. Place a ruler, milimeter side up, directly under the center of your right or left pupil. While looking straight ahead, measure the distance from the center of your left pupil to the center of your right pupil. Repeat for accuracy. Note that the average PD is between 57 and 65mm.
