This is somewhat off topic, but a "high pressure shower head" alert brought me here.

I searched for a high pressure shower head that didn't waste water for years and tried a bunch of them; some I ended returning, some I simply gave away or donated. I finally found one I like last year. If anyone is also looking for a high pressure shower head, respond to this comment and I'll share more information.

Update: See my post below.

Also looking for a high pressure shower head.. many that claim to be aren't actually high pressure. I'm assuming this one isn't either?

The one I have been using and am recommending is just the shower head part, and it's called Rainshow'r Bernoulli. No, it isn't a Delta or a Moen or a Hansgrohe or Speakman or Kohler.

Two things to note:
  • It does not look fancy. I spent hundreds of dollars on impressive-looking shower heads with multiple modes each, and in the end, none of them gave off enough pressure for my liking. I basically want a shower head that acts like a garden hose (or a pressure washer hose that wouldn't injure me), enough to rinse shampoo out of my hair in seconds; at the same time, I also didn't want to waste water.
  • It really only has one mode, but it's basically a hose. You can adjust it a bit, and you can swivel it a bit, but once you swivel it outside a limited degree, it won't work well.
The name has the term "water saving," which almost immediately turned me off because I thought it'd be weak. Unlike any other shower head I've ever used, this one puts out lots of pressure while not using too much water because of something in engineering called the Bernoulli's Principle [teachengineering.org].

I purchased the Rainshow'r Bernoulli Water Saving Power Shower Head - Polished Chrome from DiscountFilterStore.com [discountfilterstore.com] (I had never heard of the website before) and got 2x for $40.78 with free shipping after using a coupon code I found online; it is currently $29 at that website. Fortunately, Amazon is selling it directly for $25.63 here [amazon.com].

I use it with a hand shower head by attaching it to a Delta Faucet U4920-PK 3-Way Shower Arm Diverter with Handshower Mount, Chrome [amazon.com].

I know the shower head does not look impressive and I took a risk in buying it. House guests who use it are initially confused by it, but then are often impressed and ask me about it without my having to mention it. Look up some reviews from other users and you may also be impressed with it:
  • YouTube video of it in use [youtube.com]
  • YouTube comment [youtube.com]:When I first got it I couldn't believe how small this thing was. When I installed it and took my first shower it was literally the best shower experience in my life lol. It's 2.5 Gallons per minute but feels a lot more than that. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Amazon review [amazon.com]: BEST shower head ever! I was looking for a shower head that gives the feeling lots of water while using little water. This shower head puts out water that feels like 5 gallons per minute. This little shower head looks a bit weird, but hey, it works like a champ!
  • Amazon review [amazon.com]: In terms of the shower stream quality it is impossible to describe how it feels, but even with the 2.5GPM @ 80 PSI flow restrictor in place the stream is concentrated enough that getting all the shampoo out of your hair won't take long.
  • Amazon review [amazon.com]: The best shower head for someone who likes really good force in a water saver!
  • Amazon review [amazon.com]: For people who live in homes with low water pressure, this product solves the problem. Using this shower head, you'll never again complain about low water pressure while taking a shower.
  • Amazon review [amazon.com]: This shower head really diffuses a small amount of water to make it feel like a LOT is coming out, and the water pressure feels great. I was skeptical of the marketing claims, but I found that this shower head does indeed work exactly as claimed and better than I expected. I would not want any more water diffusion or pressure than this thing puts out.
Please do read negative reviews and comments, as well. Again, as I stated earlier, people who like multiple shower head modes may not like this at all.

I know this comment went on a long and strange road... lol. This product is one of my top purchases of 2018, and it definitely stands out on its own because the other contenders include products like the $3,299.99 65" OLED TV... haha. (I can share my list, if anyone is curious.)

I hope this wordy response helps,
Tofu Vic

Now Amazon's price is 29 dollars, and the inventory is not much, so a pity, thanks for Tofu Vic.

It looks like my posting got some people to make purchases - I hope they like the product! There was 12 I stock when I posted my comment, and when I checked a couple times, the stock dropped to 6, then to 3. Amazon's stock ran out, and the $29 price is from a third-party seller.

If you are interested in the product, keep an eye out for it because I'm pretty sure the stock will be replenished. There may be other sites for lower prices, but I didn't find any with free shipping when I briefly checked yesterday.

In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions.

Take care,
Tofu Vic

The product is made of plastic, which is not as good as the shower head made of metal material, and the metal shower head has a longer life.
Product Description: " Built with ABS Engineering Plastics".
