Been shouting this from the rooftops for ages now. Forget Brickseek/Walmart. Its a joke.
YOU. WILL. NEVER. EVER. GET. THE. ITEM.

Geez. These Walmart Brickseek bullshit posts belong elsewhere. They do not belong on Slickdeals.
Just keep downvoting them so fewer people can score. 😃 This clearance season has been the best one yet for me. Replaced a whole bunch of aging gear.

So a third party website shows more accurate inventory than walmart's own app you say?
Try again.
This is exactly the case. Brickseek inventory is the most accurate tool I've used. I've found items using it that the app insists aren't in stock, and the associates can't believe is still around / is priced as low as it is.

If you want a Walmart deal, you have to be fast and persistent. I've saved literally thousands of dollars by noting when an item is on clearance and tracking it closely with brickseek. It's not always 100% but it's far more accurate than any other stock tool available.

I found two yesterday, but there open boxes and not listed in available inventory. Yellow sticker over upc.

That makes absolutely no sense since brickseek pulls data directly from walmarts stock API. Check it right now, what price does it show? The only scenario that I could think of is a price change by walmart while the inventory on brickseek was alittle old (they dont constantly hammer WM's server checking inventory all day long), but thats extremely unlikely especially on an old forgotten clearance item.

To put it another way, if you gave the BS UPC to an employee and they entered it into the WM handheld it would show exactly what BS shows, as both systems use the same

https://developer.walmartlabs.com/docs
This happened to me the other day. One of the LG soundbars on clearance for $49. BS showed 15 in stock and Walmart app said none available.
Went anyway, they said these have been long gone. I gave them the BS barcode and sure enough their handheld showed 15.
Had 2 different helpful(!) employees look everywhere for me.

Called to check, employee said they have one in stock but it rang up as $328. Bs showed 59, not sure who to believe or both maybe
Was it a video call? Did you see when he checked the price in the system?
Do you realize the employee figured he will be the "Father of the Year" for the whole family for providing them with 55" smart ROKU TVs for under $70 (including tax)?
Oh wait, he really wanted to give you that last TV they had in stock... he was so disappointed it was not $59...
