I wouldn't risk buying a TV from this company. They don't test anything they ship out. Got a broken router, they refunded no return, then I got a bluetooth speaker with no AC adapter, used my own, speaker was DEAD. I also got a hard drive which I tested to see if it works, it does so far, but I haven't really been using it so time will tell.

Overall I would avoid buying a TV from a less than reliable seller online, the return process can be an absolute headache even when dealing with a known entity like Walmart.
That's helpful and all, but it's confusing to me that you kept ordering from that company. If I had a bad experience with an eBay seller, I wouldn't make another purchase from them.

When did this site start promoting ebay sellers? I could see if it was one of those deals from Best Buy, Newegg, or some other B&M retailer selling through ebay, but this is just an ebay seller.

I'm not sure what the headache would be, other than repacking and having a car big enough to take it to Fedex/UPS. The seller has a 30-day free return policy, so if it's defective or you disagree that it's "Like New Retail Ready", send it back for a refund. The real risk is getting past 30 days and having a problem, even with the seller's 90 day warranty. That might be no picnic. Still, this is pretty cheap, especially with the ebay bucks if applicable, so a chance worth taking imo.

Sounds like you should've stopped buying from the with such bad luck.

I personally have had great luck with them and am very satisfied with their products.

Ordered from eBay and got an immediate refund so I tried again and got those two other items o mentioned since they give a 10% off coupon so two orders total of three items.

You are always protected by your credit card companies and I always give companies and people a second chance but not a third.
