Isn't the 1660 a new card? What models are you referring to that'll be coming out soon.

Even if new cards are released they won't push 1660ti prices much below this. Only wait if you are moving up to the rtx series.

Wouldn't buy a gpu now unless you really need one ASAP. Nvidia supposed to drop new cards soon.

Rumor that "Super" are faster editions of RTX 2060, 2070 and 2080, and another part of rumor is that the faster cards will each get $100 price drops too (I don't personally believe that though since a $250 faster 2060 would really screw with their 1650/1660/Ti card pricing).

2060 to 2080ti are getting Super version. The vanilla version supposed to get $150-50 price drop which shakes up the pricing as a whole.

this must be the lowest ever, the price hardly budges below $270-$280, right? and thanks for the heads up on the upcoming price drops too, good to know.

Don't forget, NAVI, while not perfect will have some downward price pressure too...especially since 2080ti sales not so good.

When NVIDIA SUPER comes out and pushes 20x0 vanilla prices down it will likely force AMD to consider dropping NAVI prices to match. If they don't, they will no longer have much of a value proposition for mid-range cards.

Leaks are speculating SUPER will be out in July with an announcement end of June.

I hope they both drop prices, gpu's have been inflated massively due to lack of competition and it only got worse with the 2000 series......
That said AMD's latest cards are already priced below the ones they are designed to compete with with slightly higher performance. An nvidia price drop will make them somewhat more competitive in the value for buck arena again but amd probably won't drop prices on the cards they just released. At least not right away.
