Wow just now read into that. That's stupid lame, I was really looking forward to this but not anymore. Seems like a long play cash grab.

Can you recommend another rpg that plays like FF7 on PS4?
Considering they said part 1 is as long as a normal final fantasy game, i think it will be fine. FF7 was very long to begin with

Final Fantasy VII Remake:
Comes with 2 Blu-ray discs, will be the size of a regular FF game. Midgar is being expanded on, giving people more FF VII story.

Clueless people:
Waaaaaaaaah, we're paying for an incomplete game. They're milking this for money.

Say what you will, it's still not the whole FF7 game. For all we know, that second disc could just be all uncompressed audio. 😂

If we're still getting a 30+ hour game, who cares? Worth every penny if the game is actually good. I understand people complaining about the combat system, or even the voice acting. Those are legitimate concerns and make sense.

This is just too early to tell one way or the other so I'll wait and see. In the meantime, I'm going to dust off my Vita and get my FF7 fix in. 😀

This isn't even gonna be the whole game. Just the Midgar part. Lame.... so you're essentially paying full price for part of a game.
So like every game that has sequels? Halo franchise, gear of wars franchise. They are all just one part....

I completely agree, it is too early to judge. If we get a 10 hour "episode" then people have a right to be upset. But I think it's silly to be mad about getting a 30+ hour game. There's no way they could fit the entire game with an extended storyline and up to date graphics into one game and still only charge $60. And it would take forever to get. I don't like it being split up into parts, but I believe it's the only logical way they can complete such a mighty task. Also, an extended Midgar storyline sounds amazing!

The Vita is a great Final Fantasy machine! Props on being one of the few who has one. I love my Vita.

Thanks!

I actually pre-ordered originally on Amazon 2 years ago and somehow it was canceled, but they gave me a credit of 15 dollars towards future purchase.

Also pre-ordered the '1st Class Edition' from Square-Enix website but kinda talking myself out of it now as the Play Arts Kai products would just sit on a shelf anyways. So ordered these just in case and can always cancel or return to Walmart.
Arent they supposed to just sit on shelves? Are you supposed to carry it with you everywhere?Confused

PS4 exclusive permanently or just timed? And I can't stand this new episodic methodology of game releases (Hitman, I'm looking at you) IF I'm even going to buy this, it's not going to be until a Complete Edition releases.
