You were just waiting for an opening to mention your 200 dollar bottle. He was clearly joking

Another option for keeping the cork from drying out is to drink your whisky faster!

I do enjoy the notes of a $200 bottle of whiskey/scotch, especially when aged and blended for 60 seconds with frozen distilled ice crystals and the 23 premier flavors of Dr. Pepper. Good day indeed.

I have a version of this, everyone comments on it, I have no complaints other than it feels very delicate, so I wouldn't use it as a primary decanter.

Wow, cutting it close but maybe a good Father's day gift.

I have the version with two glasses from a previous slick deal. It looks cool, but does feel very breakable. I don't put my good stuff in it - I consider it mostly decorative.

Never understood the purpose of a decanter for whiskey. It wouldn't serve any function other than looks. Most decent whiskeys already come in a good looking bottle.

Well, the lid appears to be glass so you don't have to worry about constantly moistening the cork to keep it from breaking and falling into your good whisky. That's something.

Perfect solution for people who only keep one bottle in their house. I tend to keep a few and some are expensive. I'm not going to suck down a $200 bottle of Bourbon like Kool Aid.
