I keep getting this email
"slickalerts has just tried to send you a private message. However, your private messages box on Slickdeals.net has reached the specified quota. In order to receive further private messages, you must delete some messages. Please visit this page to do so:
https://slickdeals.net/forums/private.php"

When I go to the inbox it shows this.
"Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 5,000 messages stored, of a total 5,000 allowed."

I can't find these messages that I am supposed to delete. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thank you.

i take it your sent mail is empty, too? if so we'll have to wait for a dev to look into your account but just in case....

in redesign the # in sent mail is reported in the left sidebar (and if you click it takes you there), and in the classic version you have to switch to between the tabs at the top of the page.

Ok, here is what I think the issue is. If I have messages in my inbox and select all with the check-box , then in the drop-down select delete, then go it works fine.

However, if I go to edit folders, then empty folder, it deletes the messages but the message counter remains the same.

Like now I deleted all using the option under edit folders but the message counter still shows 129 messages.

Hope this makes sense. Is there a way to delete all messages without going through the edit folders option?

Again, thanks for your assistance!

hi you are using redesign, correct? if so are you talking about experiencing the problem after deleting via this page?
https://slickdeals.net/forums/private.php?do=editfolders

if not could you provide a link/screenshot to the page you are talking about?
