I hate target is now only offering these GC deals on their stupid target restock, etc. Used to be just regural shipping items

Plus their website is full of bugs and glitches....this is why Amazon is on top of the game

Regular shipping was the only way I could take advantage of these deals since none of the other home delivery methods they offer are available where I am. I can't go to the store to pick up all the paper products and household items I'd order due to distance and physical ability to get all the stuff into my home myself. I got to used to their household deals with gc always being available around the time I needed them to be that finding deals on stuff elsewhere hasn't been fun.

Same here. Hate getting used to having a system in place for things like paper products for the house and then having to try and find a new way to do it because of changes and suddenly realizing how good you had it. They just now started offering the Shipt same day delivery service to my address so I may sign up for the one month free trial and order a ton during the trial to at least last me awhile.

Hate target also. Stopped shopping there years ago. Service not close to what it was.

What are the best deals to take advantage of, that would be more cost effective than just buying it at Costco?

Your theory doesn't make sense. Walmart.com is riddled w/ glitches and yet they're THE top retailer in the game in terms of revenue and profit. Period.

People have a false perception of Amazon's success. Their success is only attributed to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and their advertising arm, not the retail arm.

True in the past. Not true anymore. Amazon is making steady gains across a wider array of arenas. Walmart will lose over time with the Jet.com interface, also. That will fade into history over time. They are playing catch up while Amazon is leading, diversifying, even offering some food to door cheaper than Walmart can from the store.

Went to my Walmart recently to pick up an online order and hadn't been there in a long time. It used to be an anchor store at the local mall. It is becoming a ghost town. Bricks and mortar is tough.

Did my math yesterday, Costco still a better option even you factor in the $10 target gc, like $0.02 vs 0.05 per facial tissue

Here's the link that shows what items qualify. The links in original post take you to many items that don't qualify for the $10 gift card..
