If you have your scrip, you can get the frames re-lensed at 39dollarglasses.com [39dollarglasses.com]
Click on "Eyeglasses" and then click on "Re-Lens Your Frame." I think the price includes the shipping both ways (they supply label). Comes standard with polycarbonate lenses (which are scratch-resistent and anti-reflective but do smudge easily, i have to clean them constantly) but you can choose to pay more for other features. They do a great job and ship back very quickly (I think i have gotten my glasses back in less than a week from when I mailed them in each time). It's been several years since I've used the service but the price hasn't gone up. Customer service is excellent. I should say the cost goes up if you need progressives, etc. (obviously).

Try one of the coupon codes listed here [retailmenot.com] for as much as 30% off (one usually works, but I don't have time to try them presently):

These are likely knock-offs. Still a good price as long as they are decent quality.

In the description it does say they are 100% authentic.

Just bought a 2 pack for $63 and change, can't beat that. Now I have spares if my frames break.

I have the same pair and got them from eBay for $35 about two years ago. I saw exactly the same frame at Costco a month ago and it was $99. $31 for a pair is a good price!
