20 oz is around $0.347 per oz.
28 oz is around $0.355 per oz. (includes $1 coupon)

That is when you factor in taxes (IL) and 15% S&S.

This would be a deal if it's available for other roasts that Costco doesn't sell.

Ground coffee not that good even though Starbucks ground is still the best compared to other brands I have tasted.

We got this from Costco and it was entirely burnt. Hopefully others get better batches.

I've only had Starbucks french roast on one occasion and it seemed burnt to me, but after reading the description, I believe that's the product's intent.

Perhaps you use this roast frequently and can distinguish the intended roast and a faulty burnt release but I certainly couldn't between my meager two bag test. Never purchased it since and stick with slightly less dark roasts. I love dark roasts and even some espresso roasts but the french roast is not my cup of tea(/coffee) by preference.
