Home Depot has the Dewalt DWS779 12" Sliding Miter Saw on clearance, by me they are selling in the store at $200

I'm calling this a "Huge YMMV" over just a "YMMV", as I am getting the feeling my local HD has dewalt clearance items for a lot less than the average HD. I picked up the DWS745s for $150 instead of $240. (Reference to the awesome post about the Table saw deal: https://slickdeals.net/f/13154908-dewalt-dw745s-table-saw-240-at-the-home-depot-ymmv) When I was checking out with the table saw, the cashier, asked me if I was ok, as I stared in shock at the screen :-P

Not sure I understand the thumbs down - This post was marked as "Huge YMMV" from the getgo...but anyway, to help save folks time and heartache - if you look on brickseek (see link in post) and it says "Clearance" for price (instead of something like 349) - you might have a chance at getting this at a decent clearance price (say under $300)
If you happen to be near the Jupiter, FL Home Depot - they had 2 more on the shelf yesterday - they are on the clearance end cap 2-3 aisles down from the power tools section...
