Wow... a TRUE deal!!

Not many people are as well versed as you are on coupon stacking in bath and body works. Regular price for the soap is quite high and they're not on sale everyday. If they are, its not "sale" anymore. This brand, on the other hand, is $3 everyday, and on sale it becomes $1/bottle. So I believe when compared to this price, bath and body works still come out more expensive.

Mind you, I'm just looking at price. If we start looking at quality, variety of smells, etc2. That's a different discussion altogether.

If there's an occasion where these coupon stackings you refer to comes up, please do share with the community. I'm sure many would benefit and like that as well

How is bath and body works expensive? They are constantly running $3 hand soap sales. Not to mention the $10 off $30 coupons or even 20% off. When compared to soaps at Walmart and Target, they are similarly priced if not cheaper/better. And if you really want to go cheap buy the bath soaps from BBW and use that to refill a foaming soap dispenser. You can get 2 to 3 refills using one BBW bath soap.
And when they do their best sale of buy 3 get 3 free plus $10 off $30, they end up around $4.60 a piece before tax. And then you get up to 3 refills for a foaming dispenser which makes it just a tad over $1.50 per refill.

Added: even if you buy just the hand soaps at $3 a piece you can buy the BBW gel hand soap (the moisturizing one) and dilute that into a foaming soap dispenser and get 2 to 3 refills. just don't use the ones with the beads, it will clog up the foaming dispenser.

These usually sell for $2.99 a bottle, so this is a good deal. The Waterfall scent is the same price.

$2.99 at Target and this sweet water smells fine... good deal if you don't like generic handsoap and bath and body works are too expensive.

You mean it's down from ~$15.50 (last historical lowest price) to $12.60 (to $11.97 with S&S)?

With as often as BBW does their "sales" it's almost as if those are just regular price. But for someone to actually pay the MSRP on the soaps and lotions is just not paying attention. It's not once and a while they do these sales so you better stock up but nearly on equal rotation of every few weeks. At least that's how often I feel it comes around.
There are posts for when they do the sales and some people chime in. I usually say wait until the $3 hand soap deal comes around along side the free item ($14 or less) with a $10 minimum purchase. I feel that is a way better deal then the $10 off $30 or 20% on top of the $3 soaps.
No one should ever buy their regular line of body wash or lotions unless it's at least buy 3 get 3 free. If you can wait for the coupons to stack on top that would be even better.

Added: if we really wanted to dig into money saving soap we could go the route of using Dr. Bronners Castile soap and a foaming soap dispenser. I believe you can get around 16 refills out of their 32oz bottle. and the 32oz bottles run around $16-$17. less when they are on sale. so about $1 a refill. I've bought a few at $8 or $9 before. usually I try to go no higher then $13 for 32 oz.

I generally am a big fan of method products I haven't had any issues with dry hands. I also find their products work well for my daughter who has skin issues. Generally low fragrance and not over powering like some hand soaps are
