According to the reviews on Costco's site, users are saying it has a 144 hz screen.

This is a killer deal for the specs. Probably best once seen using a 1660ti hands down.

1660ti performs somewhere around 1070 and 2060.

Bought one of these a week and a half ago for $1199. Can confirm it has a 144hz screen. Just got home from my vacation and started to play around with it. Very pleased with how it performs.

Microcenter has HP Omen 15 with same specs (without hdd) but gtx 2060 for 1200. Would you get it over Lenovo?

good deal, $115 over the dell vostro that i bought gets you the 1660ti, a 1TB HDD, a 144hz screen and an actual ethernet port.

only negatives would be the battery life / power consumption, but that is to be expected if you want the 1660ti

Bought this a week ago for $1,199.
Returned it after a few days due to the extremely weak battery.
Specs are great, great display, keyboard is good, but had some keys (left shift, gets annoying when you sprint in any game) pop and creak out of the box.
Touchpad is great, nothing to complain about there.
The thermals were fairly good while gaming, noticeably cooler than previous generations. The fans got really LOUD under load though.
Due to its 57W battery, the laptop cannot power the 1660TI to be usable.
This laptop HAS to be plugged in to be able to game. I couldn't even run basic games on the battery. Even just for basic work tasks, the battery barely hit 3 hours.
After playing with all the possible settings (power savings mode, undervolting with Throttlestop, 25% brightness, keyboard backlight off, etc.) I decided my Razer Blade 15 (2018) was still superior in every way minus the GPU and keyboard.
Fan noise was also extremely loud but this is a great price for someone who wants to use it as a portable gaming desktop. Just keep in mind, the battery life.

No G-sync. However, it's got a 144hz IPS panel.

Got this yesterday. Deff 144hz screen. Colors are good not really bright though. Light bleed is there been not too bad.

Solid build barely any flex if any at all. Keyboard is good, touchpad is pretty good as well.

Thermals seem pretty good. Power and thermal throttling did occur but I haven't undervolted or anything yet

12718 Fire Strike
5759 Time Spy
5865 Cinebech20

My Alienware 17 R5 with a GTX1070 beat it but its also double the size and weight.

I'm torn between the 2 as I can still return the Alienware but I noticed some stuttering when playing the Witcher 3 and Forza 4. Doesn't happen with the Alienware which has a 60hz gsync panel.

So, what would be a reasonable price target around Black Friday for something with these specs?
