IN STORE DEAL ONLY/YMMV

These rang up at $10.03 in two different NJ stores by me even though the clearance sticker says $36. Original price is $39.97. Plenty in my area according to BS.

I test fit the biggest echo I could find on display and it fit but pretty snug. I'm using it for a Ryobi 40V chainsaw and it fits perfectly! It comes with a generic bar cover as well. At $10+tax it's totally worth it if you don't have a hard case.

Sorry guys. Can I edit the post via the app to add pictures?

EDIT: found out how to via the desktop site. I think I'll do my posts on my computer from now on rather than mobile.

This 40v you mentioned is the 14" chainsaw? Just got one last week, would love a bag for it. Few in my area, says clearance but no price. Will check it out tomorrow.

Yea the 14" one. I believe the body of it measures ~18" long and the battery enters from the top. The bag has enough room for the battery and charger too 👍🏻👍🏻.

Good deal... got last one at Harrisburg PA store. Had to ask though... they had tucked away outside in garden section with some clearance items vs with normal chainsaw items. Worth $10 to organize and take chainsaw around on projects.

I only use a plastic case... Just a question for anyone who bought this...

Wouldn't it be ruined by bar and chain oil? If you leave it over winter it will leak out.

The bottom of the bag is a hard plastic, ~1" deep, that the cloth part is sewn into. I actually really like the bag, but I wouldn't never paid $40 for it. I agree though if my saw came with a hard case, I would be using that.

Also, if you will be leaving the chainsaw sit for sometime, I would prob empty the oil out if it has a small leak issue. My craftsman polesaw leaks like crazy and needs to be emptied, because it will empty itself if you don't lol.

I'm a newb lol. I started this post via the app and was pretty certain I chose the right category. After that I edited it in the desktop site to add a picture, so at some point in that process, I screwed it up lol

EDIT: I think I fixed it all now?

Brickseek showed a local Home Depot had 3 in stock, 2 that were salable. The Home Depot app said 'not sold at this store'. I went there anyway and a CS rep confirmed they had 2 but no location was available. I found them on a clearance shelf and I got them for $10.01 each.

The only one in the KC area that shows they have them in stock (from the store's system, not BrickSeek) is the big one off of Main and Linwood, but they have no clue where they are. They looked it up and it's showing "No Home". They checked on top with the rest of the chainsaw items and I checked the clearance end caps and no go. Nice deal though, was going to use it as a Christmas gift.

All sold out in my area. That bag would have been nice and would have picked up several of them for the many chainsaws I have since the boxes are bulky.

This is the best first post I have seen ever: The title is succinct. MSRP and sale price are included. You even included where you bought your sale item. You included brickseek and the home depot url. Most importantly you included ymmv to signify the rarity of the find. Great job. Thanks. None in my area. repped.
