I have the 6800 from Costco, it's wonderful. Easy install, looks great, and the seat warmer during chilly weather is a game changer. It's now my go-to toilet whenever I need to empty the lines since cleanup has been minimized. Happy pooping.

Bruh, this have heated seat and heated water with a remote control AND the wands actually move back and forth AND oscillate. Let's put it this way:the manual bidet you are talking about is like a horse carriage. This model is a Lexus. Both will get you to your destination. But only of them will get you there in comfort and you actually enjoy using it.

Just to clarify, you don't need a hot water line for this since it comes with a built in water heater right?

EDIT: the answer is no, you don't need a hot water hook up. Here's a decent install video:

Would this require an outlet right next to the toilet? I feel like I'm missing something.

Will a 3 ft extension be safe? In particular, 14awg from amazon. Does anyone recommend a better extension for the outlet?

It's safe. Just keep the plug off the floor to avoid any spills or overflows.

It taps into the line that already goes into the toilet. The model we got was a little different number, but it came with the tee and adapter so it was easy.

I do. Electronic bidets are great. I don't know how anyone uses un-heated water in the winter.

I don't really like the 2 sided remote though. You have to touch it and flip it almost every time to use it.
