OT but ... if anyone has been having trouble with Samsung TVs and the Amazon Prime app aspect ratio, a fix is on the way. Firmware 1240 is available for manual update and should be auto-updating soon.

This or the TCL 75R617 for $1199? Been reading a lot of good things about the TCL but have to deal with the panel lottery.

This TV has a native 120hz panel and supports freesync.

For gaming I'd say this is better and probably sports as well.

Which sucks because I really wanted a 6 series tcl for my gaming computer since the tcl will blow this out the water in terms of HDR. But this supports 1440p@120hz and I'd strongly like such a feature for my computer in cases where I struggle to run 4k.

Awesome deal even Costco is selling it for $1779 and even at frys it is displayed for $1798. After registering for frys associate was able to pull it with my phone number with tax end up paying $1350.17 at Tempe location
