I'm not savvy to sports, nor tech much...Help!! If I bought this, could my mom could watch ALL the Dodger games live? She doesn't have cable tv, only a converter box. Thanks!

The service only works with streaming using their apps (mobile TV, or otherwise), or in a web browser.

Also, depending on where she lives, she may not be able to watch them even with the app. Does she live in LA or elsewhere where the Dodgers are an 'in-market' team? If so, then no, they'll be blacked out. There's a place on that link to submit a zip code to see which teams are blacked out in that zip code.

Even if, using her zip code, it says she can watch the Dodgers, she will not be able to watch all of the games. Games that are nationally televised are blacked out to everyone. I'm uncertain of all the criteria, but for example games that are on ESPN or on Fox's main channel will be blacked out to everyone.

Confusing? Yes. Archaic? Yes. That's MLB.

I've had the package for years to watch Diamondback and Redsox games. I recently cut the cord and for blackout reasons can no longer watch the local Twins home games. Would getting a VPN be a work around for local team content?

I've heard of people using that as a work around in years past, but don't know if it still works. I'm sure that it is not allowed by the user agreement.
