I couldn't find the ad everyone was talking about, but I found this link. It redirects you to the promotion itself and says if you'll get the offer or not (confirmed I won't).

"Your Mileage May Vary" -- in this case the deal may not work for everyone. By the way, Google would have answered this question quickly.

Does anyone have the ad link? The link in op takes you to change the settings without knowing you're eligible or not

It means, your mileage may vary (i.e., not available to everyone) Smilie

YMMV. also ymmv. written abbreviation for your mileage may vary: used, for example on social media and in text messages and emails, to mean that you understand people may have a different opinion or experience to yours.
