Save your money. Nothing against these strips in particular. Test strips don't tell you anything meaningful.

No."

Turning the strips purple was cool when I was a rookie but now I know better.

Edit: Oh they're dirt cheap. Whatever, I still think these are worth passing on.

In for one for 80 cents, dropped 45 pounds last year eating nothing but meat, gained ten back in the last 9 months (going back to carbs), time to lose that ten plus the last 20 under that. Getting old sucks in that respect...

Use them fast! Within a month all of the cheap brands, including this one, just quit working. If you do keto long enough and by the rules I don't see why you need them longer than it takes to get into ketosis and you pretty much can tell by how you feel.

Invest in the Precision Xtra instead. These only work in the first stages of Keto but won't work if doing Keto long term.

Keto is fat based not protein based.

Most meat has fat. My guess is he was in ketosis if that's all he ate.

Nice, thanks for sharing. Now check out the protein power diet. You do what works for you, I'll do what works for me.

I've been doing Keto since the end of April. I'm down 30lbs and have been using these strips. Some say they aren't accurate, but I haven't seen a problem. You are either in ketosis or you aren't and these will do the trick assuming you are properly hydrated. If you are following the keto diet, there really isn't a need to keep checking yourself. If you go a little carb heavy one day, these are a good way to see if you are still in ketosis. The breath and blood meters are better options but way more costly. I just purchased another bottle of these. Thanks OP!

I've been using this brand since April and they are still working. I don't use them often though.

No need to be snippy, you're posting about a product related to keto while saying you don't do keto.

I am doing Keto right now. Thank U OP!

You should not be eating a lot of protein in Keto. Call it whatever diet you want and protein is a bad source of energy btw.
