I have this one and love it. It also does sleep tracking. I wanted a fitness tracker but didn't want to spend $100-150 so I jumped on another deal at around $30 from a different seller. It took 3 weeks to come in from China, but it was well worth it. If your on the fence about a fitness tracker like I was I highly recommend giving the honor 4 band a try.

The 5 Band is supposed to be announced this month. It might be better to wait a bit as it's also adding blood oxygen level detection.

Looking to get a fairly cheap fitness tracker that has HR functionality without all the extras. Used to have a Fitbit that I gave to my mom and was looking at getting a cheap replacement.

The Mi Band 4 recently came out for about the same price (USD$30-45 depending on which version and which sites you purchase from) and was comparing the Honor Band 4 to the Mi Band 4.

Any one have any experiences with both, or even either?

Also keep in mind that news of the Honor Band 5 has dropped, which makes the decision even tougher.

I can't speak for the Mi Band 4 or any Honor Band models, but I have been using the Mi Band 3 for over 6 months and love it (I've had each model of Mi since they first started). I don't use it for notifications, just for clock, timer and HR. The HR has been accurate (+/- a couple points) the times I double-checked it.

That said, I'm between the Mi Band 4 and Honor Band 5 when I upgrade in a couple months.

^ THIS! I am in the exact same situation, however I am a lap swimmer so I am intrigued by the Honor's advertisement to record lap swim strokes, etc. I haven't been able to find a good review characterizing how well the swim recognition works however, so I'm still on the fence. Also knowing that the newest Honor Band will be out soon is helping me hold on this, hoping to see a $25 price range after the 5 is released...

Now that the Mi Band has a color AMOLED display, I don't think there's much of a reason to go with this one other than swimming. I've got a Mi Band 4 and I love it. I had a Mi Band 3 and 1 as well, and both of those were great too. The biggest sticking point of the 3 was that it wasn't visible in direct sunlight and it couldn't control my music. Mi Band 4 fixes both of those issues. At this point, I'd just grab the Mi Band 4 or wait for the Honor Band 5 just for the sake of support.

Bought the Mi Band 4 from this seller. Took about 2-3 weeks to get. Just got it 2 days ago so still working on my review but liking it so far.
