I can't find the resolution of this specific model anywhere, so I'm going to pass. If I knew for a fact that it was 1080p, then I would pick this laptop up in an instant!

No. PCIe 4.0 SSDs get so hot that they need heatsinks, so they're desktop only for now.

Lenovo states 2 different models, neither are 768.

15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-Glare

15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS Anti-Glare Multi-touch

IMHO there is a big difference in quality even between the two you mention. But this is the 768 version, not either of those 1080p's

also 1x1 WiFi
and NO backlight keyboard
not to mention the smaller SSD

TN screens are terrible. Unless you expect to use this with an external monitor most of the time, spend $20 more and get this Acer Aspire 5 with IPS instead. (This shows as expired but is back at the same price.) https://slickdeals.net/f/13194124-acer-aspire-5-laptop-ryzen-3-3200u-15-6-1080p-ips-4gb-ddr4-128gb-ssd-vega-3-win-10-309-99-free-shipping-amazon

The Acer has 4GB of RAM but that's a cheap and easy upgrade.

Post above yours has the full specs from Lenovo's site, it's 1366x768. The specs you list are from the sales portion of Lenovo's site, which only has specs for configurations Lenovo sells directly, not all of the variants of the S340 in all retail channels.

It has a USB C input
But will it charge the battery from that input?

I wouldn't expect a quad-core at this price. The i3-8145U is a very good performer and faster than the last-gen i7 (https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Com...4vsm616038). For browsing, watching videos, Office, and the like, it's totally fine. Having an SSD is more important than having a quad-core.

I still wouldn't get this though because of the terrible TN screen.

This computer's USB-C port is data-only. No Power Delivery for charging the computer, no DisplayPort output.

That's a locked down version of Windows. Must use Bing and Internet Explorer. Lots of hoops to convert it to Windows 10 Home.
Um, if a couple of clicks = lots of hoops, I guess so. From howtogeek.com:

It's easy to leave S Mode. To do so, first launch the "Microsoft Store" app. In the Store, click the magnifying glass "Search" button on the toolbar. Search for "Switch out of S Mode." Click "Learn More" and the Store will walk you through the process of leaving S Mode. The process will just take a few clicks.
