Tips:

We launched the Slickdeals Rebate program to make some of the great deals on our site even better. It's a way for us to create more "fire" deals for our community and save them more money. We have a 95% approval rate on submitted rebates, but our goal is to get that number to 100%. If you follow the instructions on the rebate offer page and pay close attention to the bullets below, you'll guarantee a successful claim and get us closer to our goal.
  • Make sure you are logged into Slickdeals.
  • Whitelist Slickdeals in AdBlock.
  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
  • Complete your purchase in one browsing session.
  • Make sure we are your last click to the merchant. No cash back or rewards sites.
Did you know we have paid over $2 million in rebates to Slickdeals members? Visit https://slickdeals.net/rebates/ to learn more about how to submit your rebate successfully.

How this compared to Samsung - 75" Class - LED - NU6900 Series (2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR)?

About the same quality as the 75 4 series TCL at Costco for 749. Except much less rebate hassle

Not really. The title had it right. A Dell GC is not cash.

$999.99 (for TV + $200 Dell GC) - $200 Slickdeals rebate = $799.99

How difficult is it to monetize (eBay etc) the dell gc if possible at all? What return can be expected?

Dell GCs are very difficult to unload.....almost nothing to buy from dell (for typical SDers 😃).....nothing on sale.....everything overpriced.

Understand that, but can I unload it on eBay for 75 cents on the dollar or is the gc tied to my name or account somehow?

It looks like Cardpool still buys them for ~85% of face value. Although, seeing as they do not have any for sale currently, that may or may not be correct.

No...it is not tied to the name or account. But I always found problem selling GC in ebay....lot of scam...not sure how to deal with it. It is better to sell to a company and let them re-sell it.

So do you directly sell it to Cardpool (not to a person)...right? Does Cardpool send you the money after receiving the GC or do you have to wait until they sell it?
