The Sony A7RIII (and other A7 models) are on sale...combining that with 20% off in Rakuten Rebate points can land some great deals from authorized sellers!

It's tricky to find the best combo value but Focus camera is offering the Sony A7RIII with extras — including the high quality UHS-II 128GB Sony G SD-Card (worth ~$221 at Amazon)!

Combined with 20% Rakuten Points rebate + additional 1% Focus Camera discount sale nets about $524.58 in cash rebate credit.

Bringing the base cost of the Sony A7RIII to a crazy low $1752.42.

Plus you can stack yet another 1% off the final price even more discount via Rakuten.com shopping rebate (previously E - bates cash back rebate) for an additional $24.98 discount... Full value summary is below....

https://www.rakuten.com/shop/focu...CE7RM3BK4/

Value Summary:
$2498.00 (Sony A7RIII Camera + Extras)
- $524.00 (21% Rakuten Rebate cash value)
- $221.00 (Sony G 128GB UHS-II SD-Card value)
- $ 24.98 (Rakuten shopping stacked rebate; previously urlhasbeenblocked Cash back)
---------------
~$1728.02 Net Cost for the A7RII Camera Body

Adorama, Focus Camera, Buydig, & Beach Camera all sell through Rakuten so the cash rebate can be put to great use with good options such as a lens, Tripod, etc... This deal brings the base cost of the Sony A7RIII to a crazy low $1752.42 . . . for a limited time due to both Sony's pricing & Rakuten's 20% cash rebate!

I'm not finding an A7r iii getting to $1752 after the 20% rebate. The link you provided is $2498 would get to $1998. Can you link to the item that gets to $1752? Thanks!

Think the value of the memory card was subtracted from the cost?

I think the buydig deal is better, especially if you live in CA, where Rakuten charges tax no matter which seller it is.

Yes I was computing the "base" value of the Camera for that cost after all rebates and value of the SD-Card.... I wasn't sure everyone would all realize how valuable that quality SD-Card is (at this time).

I added some more details to the post...

Summary Value Math:
$2498.00 (Sony A7RIII Camera + Extras)
- $524.00 (21% Rakuten Rebate cash value)
- $221.00 (Sony G 128GB UHS-II SD-Card value)
- $ 24.98 (Rakuten shopping stacked rebate; previously urlhasbeenblocked Cash back)

so its 2730 including taxes in california. then you get 525 potential dollars in rakuten points, that you have to use somewhere.
do the ratuken points expire? can you just use them to buy anything on the site?

Affirmative-there's supposed to be at least one new camera release being announced Wednesday. What that is? Who knows?

It'll be the way overdue a7Siii, there won't be a replacement for the 3rd gen cameras for a few more years. It's absurd to even think anything is replacing the a7Riii or still new a7iii.

The latest rumor says Sony is announcing A7rIV today. We'll know in a few hours.
