Any reason this wifi adapter wouldn't be a good choice for a friend's PC build?

Any opinions on the AC2600 router? It has been a long time since I shopped for a router and I haven't kept up with the technology at all. Thanks!

Other than being USB, I opted for a PCI for my desktop. It's more person preference if you have a good signal either will work.

Another option that works is a extender with a switch built in, you can plug in to ethernet from that to the computer. I have one using that setup as well.

You can add a switch and have as many as you want/need.

Nope, they've been there before. I got a set from Newegg for $20 and have seen deals from Amazon that I missed in the past.

I'm finding out quickly that ubiquiti products aren't on sale very often. I shall wait, although it is nice to see gen 6 WiFi on sale.

It is very good, the material is too hard, the appearance looks tall and upscale, the wifi connection is very timely, the network speed is fast, and the radiation range is relatively far, and it can also be used in the bedroom.
