Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $40 + in one or more transactions in-store at Staples or online at Staples.com by 9/30/2019. See terms for exclusions.

This can be clubbed with select us office supply stores spend 25 and get 5 back, So I hope 40 spend triggers both 10 and 5 dollar credit making it $15 credit.

Amex offers are always YMMV.

It looks like there are some $40 GCs. For example, they have a $40 T-Mobile refill card:https://www.staples.com/T-Mobile-...SearchPage

More GCs that are between $40-$50: https://www.staples.com/gift+card...=40&max=50

Just reporting back that I bought a $50 Target eGC and got a confirmation from Amex saying it qualified. Thanks, OP.

Too bad staples has prices of anything desirable usually 20%+ over competitors, and when they do have 'deals' Staples cancels every ones orders

It says GC bulk purchase is excluded. Are they talking about buying $10 GC x 4? If so, can we buy a $50 GC and qualify for this?

Does anyone know if this will "stack" with this week's 10 off 50 coupon? I figure you can spend 50, get the 10 off with coupon, then still have 40 left to cover the AMEX 10 off 40 deal.

Yes, it should stack - coupon comes with its exclusions, so you can't buy GCs

Thanks for the link. Bough a $50 Home Depot eGC and got the great news in 5 minutes.

I received $15 back. One email for $10 and another email for $5. I don't know where the $5 came from.
