Are the beacons also tri-band? Or is the Base (eero Pro) only tri-band?

What's your reason for switching?

I think I want Ethernet on the beacons, so looks like a no for me. Wait for another Costco Orbi deal.

Has gone from solid to unreliable after yet another firmware update. A lot of detail in the Netgear community forums.

Why so little attention to this deal? This is the lowest ever pricing.

I've been waiting on good deal for the Deco M9 system. This seems to be solid deal at 50% off. How does this compare to the M9?

Why does the Eero system gets such solid reviews? The Orbi 53 I have now is great when it is working correctly. But every FW update screws it up.

Most home owners don't have more than 1 gigabit requirements, so they'll never notice.

Eero also never lists this specification on their website beyond "you can get 600mbit over 5ghz and 200mbit over 2.4ghz," so users can't directly compare to other offerings.
